• Develops Bash and Python scripts to import, export, and process data files and documents for customers through an SFTP server, ensuring the smooth processing of thousands of jobs each week, and working directly with customers and account managers to onboard new customers and resolve issues.
• Spearheaded a project to migrate our old phone system to a cloud-based VoIP phone system, reducing costs and streamlining communication and collaboration for all employees, and saving the company thousands of dollars each month.

• Memorized numerous workflows, rules, and exceptions for various states and legal customers in order to quickly and accurately enter data from digital and physical documents.
• Took on a multitude of responsibilities, including rush orders, auditing new hire work, and entering complex orders such as AZ alt serves, all within the first three months of hire, all while maintaining the second most amount of entries in the department with over 100 orders entered daily.

Centralized Biller

July 2014 to May 2018

• Utilized strong attention to detail to quickly and accurately input data from the scanned in freight Bill of Ladings.
• Gained time management and computer skills by completing hundreds of bills each night, keeping in mind active time, bills-per-hour, and error percentage.
• Consistently in the top 5 fastest and most accurate billers in the department, both annually and monthly, with over 500 bills per night with minimal errors.
